ABOUT US

We are a team of motivated technicians and audio enthusiasts who like to take unusual paths and often completely rethink “tried and tested” things and then recreate them in a completely different way. Because nothing should be as constant as change.

The original company was founded under the name C.A.S on March 3, 1998 with the aim of developing sound systems and room acoustics-optimizing solutions for industrial customers (at that time still without production). In 2002, the “Car Hi-Fi and Comfort Electronics” business area for the automotive industry was added. In addition to the development, we also opened a shop (retail) at the end of 2003 as a supplement for private end customers.

In 2010, the entire automotive division was sold and the “Smart Home and Home Entertainment” business, which was already doing well at the time, was further expanded with this inflow of capital. The “Speaker Development and Room Acoustics” division continues to run parallel to this (and continues to this day).

At the end of 2019, we decided to start producing our loudspeaker developments ourselves and not just sell our ideas to third-party brands.

Prototype production began in mid-2020 – now finally for our own brand ULTIMATEAUDIO.

At the end of 2022, our product portfolio was so far advanced that we were able to initiate final series production and establish sales partnerships with pride and a lot of enthusiasm.

In July 2023, we were also able to win a new, very well-known loudspeaker brand as a customer, which not only had some very special components developed by us – but also had them manufactured directly by us.
